The present invention provides an air purifying and sterilizing device. The air purifying and sterilizing device comprises: a body part installed on a boarding bridge and having a suction port and a discharge port; an air flow part installed in the body part and configured to suction outside air through the suction port and discharge same through the discharge port along a predetermined flow path; a storage part installed in the body part and configured to store electrolyte; a reforming part which is installed in the body part, receives the electrolyte, and reforms the electrolyte by applying a current to the electrolyte to form sterilized water; a UV-C LED and a photocatalytic plasma generator which are formed in the body part and provide UV wavelengths, negative ions, and OH radicals onto the flow path; and a humidifying part installed in the body part and configured to perform humidification along the flow path by the sterilized water.
