When the opening/closing mechanism is in an open state, the opening of the holding mechanism can be opened; and when the opening/closing mechanism is in a closed state, the opening of the holding mechanism can be closed, and the opening/closing mechanism and the vehicle parking mechanism form a vehicle passage path for a vehicle to drive in or out of the vehicle parking mechanism.
