An image projection device 12 comprising a display unit 23, at least one second optical member 18, and a control unit 26. The display unit 23 displays an image, as viewed from a virtual camera, of a polygon that has a texture projected thereupon. The second optical member 18 projects the image on to a first optical member and makes a virtual image of the image visible to a subject. The control unit 26 dynamically corrects the polygon in accordance with the position of both eyes of the subject 13.
