This aircraft fuselage assembly jig is equipped with: a base provided with a plurality of frame indices for determining the positions of both ends of a plurality of aircraft fuselage frames; a plurality of header plates which project from the base so as to extend along an aircraft fuselage panel, and which align in parallel with one another in the axial direction of the aircraft fuselage panel; and a plurality of electric cylinders which are provided in a radiating pattern on each of the plurality of header plates, and move receiving members which contact the skin of the aircraft fuselage panel in the radial direction of the aircraft fuselage panel.

L'invention concerne un gabarit d'assemblage de fuselage d'aéronef comprenant : une base comprenant une pluralité d'indices de trame pour déterminer les positions des deux extrémités d'une pluralité de trames de fuselage d'aéronef ; une pluralité de plaques de tête qui font saillie depuis la base de manière à s'étendre le long d'un panneau de fuselage d'aéronef et qui s'alignent en parallèle les unes avec les autres dans la direction axiale du panneau de fuselage d'aéronef ; et une pluralité de cylindres électriques qui sont prévus dans un motif rayonnant sur chacune de la pluralité des plaques de tête et déplacent des éléments récepteurs qui entrent en contact avec la peau du panneau de fuselage d'aéronef dans la direction radiale du panneau de fuselage d'aéronef.

航空機胴体組立治具は、複数の航空機胴体フレームの両端を位置決めするための複数のフレームインデックスが設けられたベースと、ベースから航空機胴体パネルに沿うように突出する、互いに平行に航空機胴体パネルの軸方向に並ぶ複数のヘッダープレートと、複数のヘッダープレートのそれぞれに放射状に設けられた複数の電動シリンダであって、各々が航空機胴体パネルに含まれるスキンに当接する受け部材を航空機胴体パネルの径方向に移動する電動シリンダと、を備える。
