The present invention relates to a shock absorber mounting unit using three-dimensional printing, which can minimize the number of components in a mounting unit on which a shock absorber of a front wheel suspension of a vehicle is mounted, and reduce the weight of a vehicle body. The shock absorber mounting unit comprises: a housing part formed to surround a shock absorber installed on the front wheel side of a vehicle; a cover part having a hole through which the shock absorber penetrates and formed on the top of the housing part; and a fender apron part, to the bottom surface of which a plurality of first support parts extending from one side of the housing part are connected, and to the side of which a plurality of second support parts extending from the bottom of the cover part are connected, wherein the housing part, the cover part, and the fender apron part are formed into an integrated lattice structure through three-dimensional printing.

    본 발명은 차량의 전륜 서스펜션의 쇽업소버가 장착되는 마운팅유닛의 부품 개수를 최소화하고, 차체의 중량을 경량화할 수 있는 3D 프린팅을 이용한 쇽업소버 마운팅유닛에 관한 것으로 차량의 전륜 측에 설치되는 쇽업소버를 감싸도록 형성되는 하우징부, 상기 쇽업소버가 관통하는 홀이 형성되어 상기 하우징부의 상측에 형성되는 커버부 및 상기 하우징부의 일측에서 연장되는 복수 개의 제 1지지부가 저면에 연결되고 상기 커버부의 저면으로부터 연장되는 복수 개의 제 2지지부가 측면에 연결되는 펜더 에이프런부를 포함하며, 상기 하우징부와 상기 커버부 및 상기 팬더 에이프런부는 3D 프린팅을 통하여 일체형의 격자구조로 형성된다.
