According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, an electric rail cooling device for a hyper-tube comprises: a coil unit including one or more coils; a cooling unit disposed between a guideway formed inside the hyper-tube and the coil unit; and a molding unit configured to couple the coil unit, the cooling unit, and the guideway. The cooling unit cools the coil unit using a phase change due to a change in pressure of refrigerant.
