The present invention relates to a handle apparatus for getting in and out of a vehicle. The handle apparatus for getting in and out of the vehicle of the present invention comprises: a cover unit disposed on both sides of a mounting plate coupled to a vehicle roof side, respectively, and having a first movement guide and a second movement guide forming a movement path; guide frame units disposed at the cover unit and connected to each other, and sliding along a guide rail provided on the mounting plate; an angle adjustment unit which is engaged with the guide frame unit by adjusting a mounting angle as the guide frame unit slides; and a handle unit rotationally coupled to the guide frame unit and, as the same moves along the movement path, the angle adjusting unit is selectively engaged with the guide frame unit so that a drawing position and a drawing angle are adjusted step by step. An objective of the present invention is to provide the handle apparatus for getting in and out of the vehicle so that an elderly person or a disabled occupant can be assisted when getting in and out of the vehicle.

    본 발명은 차량 루프 측에 결합된 장착 플레이트의 양측에 각각 배치되고, 이동 경로를 형성하는 제1이동 가이드 및 제2이동 가이드를 구비하는 커버부, 상기 커버부에 각각 배치되어 서로 연결되고, 상기 장착 플레이트에 마련된 가이드 레일을 따라 슬라이드 이동하는 가이드 프레임부, 상기 가이드 프레임부가 슬라이드 이동함에 따라 장착 각도가 조절되어 상기 가이드 프레임부와 맞물리게 결합되는 각도 조절부 및 상기 가이드 프레임부에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 이동 경로를 따르며 이동함에 따라, 선택적으로 상기 각도 조절부가 상기 가이드 프레임부에 맞물리게 하여 인출 위치 및 인출 각도가 단계적으로 조절되는 손잡이부를 포함한다.
