The present invention relates to a control system for a platform screen door. The control system comprises: a composite image sensor installed in an upper portion of the screen door of a station platform, and including a visible ray camera and a thermal image sensor for photographing a platform area in front of the screen door; a first display for displaying screen door closing information reflecting platform congestion; a sub-controller for controlling the opening and closing of the screen door, transmitting captured image information of the visible ray camera and the thermal image sensor to a main controller, and controlling the screen door closing information received from the main controller for the same to be displayed on the first display; and the main controller connected to the sub-controller through a network, and calculating the platform congestion around the screen door based on the image captured by the visible ray camera, to calculate the screen door closing information reflecting the platform congestion, and detecting a flame or gas based on photographing information of the thermal image sensor. Therefore, the control system can induce smooth boarding on the platform, thereby further improving the convenience and safety of passengers, and can detect a fire or gas around the platform, thereby taking quick measures when the fire or gas leak occurs.

본 발명은 플랫폼 스크린 도어 제어 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 역사 플랫폼의 스크린 도어의 상부에 설치되는 것으로서, 스크린도어 전면의 플랫폼 영역을 촬영하는 가시광선 카메라 및 열화상 센서를 포함하는 복합 영상센서와, 플랫폼 혼잡도를 반영한 스크린 도어 닫힘 정보를 표시하는 제 1 디스플레이와, 스크린도어 개폐를 제어하고, 상기 가시광선 카메라 및 열화상 센서의 촬영 영상정보를 메인 제어부로 전송하고, 상기 메인제어부로부터 수신된 스크린 도어 닫힘 정보를 상기 제 1 디스플레이에 표출되도록 제어하는 서브 제어부 및 서브 제어부와 네트워크를 통해 연결되고, 상기 가시광선 카메라에서 촬영된 영상에 기초하여 스크린도어 주변의 플랫폼 혼잡도를 산출하여 플랫폼 혼잡도를 반영한 스크린 도어 닫힘 정보를 산출하고, 상기 열화상 센서의 촬영정보에 기초하여 불꽃 또는 가스를 검출하는 메인 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 플랫폼에서의 보다 원활한 탑승을 유도할 수 있고 그에 따라 승객의 편의성 및 안전성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있고, 플랫폼 주변의 화재나 가스를 검출할 수 있어 화재나 가스 유출 발생 시 신속한 대응이 가능한 장점이 있다.
