A lift arm may be mounted to a crystal growing device to be rotatable for providing a high-temperature area of the crystal growing device. A low-speed and high-powered arm actuator may control vertical location determination of the lift arm. A movable clamp arm fixed in the lift arm is engaged with a lip of a blast furnace tank to be correlated with raising, falling, or rotation of the lift arm to facilitate lifting and moving of the blast furnace tank to a desired location. A winch mounted to a distal end of the lift arm may control spooling of a cable, which penetrates the inside of the lift arm and passes through an opening between clamp arms toward the outside. The cable may include an attachment mechanism to be coupled to a crucible. Therefore, the winch may lift the crucible at a vertical speed far exceeding the vertical speed of the lift arm actuator.
