Disclosed is a drainage apparatus for a floating structure capable of automatically discharging rainwater or seawater. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a drainage apparatus for a floating structure comprises: a scupper installed in a drain of the exposed deck of a hull; a drain pipe connected to the scupper; an opening/closing valve installed in the drain pipe; and a control part for controlling the opening/closing valve to drain rainwater through the drain pipe when rainwater inflow is sensed in the scupper.
