LNG PREDICTION SYSTEM FOR DETECTING ABNORMAL STATE OF LNG OPERATIONAL EQUIPMENT

An LNG operating equipment status and anomaly detection prediction system is disclosed. The LNG operating equipment status and anomaly detection prediction system includes: a plurality of sensor units for sensing performance state values of equipment to be measured installed on a liquefied natural gas (LNG) ship; a database unit in which standard performance state information values of the equipment to be measured are stored; an evaluation unit that receives a sensing signal of the sensor unit and scores an operating status of the equipment to be measured; and an anomaly detection unit that receives the sensing signal from the sensor unit and detects an abnormal operating status of the equipment to be measured, thereby being capable of detecting abnormal conditions such as deterioration of LNG operating equipment and predicting aging progress.

LNG 운영 장비 상태 및 이상 감지 예측 시스템이 개시된다. LNG 운영 장비 상태 및 이상 감지 예측 시스템은, LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) 선박에 설치된 측정 대상 장비의 성능 상태값을 센싱하는 복수개의 센서부와, 측정 대상 장비의 표준 성능 상태 정보값이 저장된 데이터 베이스부와, 센서부의 센싱 신호를 수신하여 측정 대상 장비의 운영 상태를 점수화하는 평가부와, 센서부의 센싱 신호를 수신하여상기 측정 대상 장비의 운영 이상 상태를 감지하는 이상 감지부를 포함한다.
