The present invention relates to a space frame vehicle body using 3D printing manufactured based on structural analysis of a vehicle body frame through load characteristics of a node (n) and a member (m). Thermal deformation and a residual stress are predicted when the node is fabricated by 3D printing. Based on the same, a laser power, thickness of a powder layer, a temperature and a pressure of a spray gas, and a size of a powder are controlled. In addition, the node (n), so as to be formed optimally, may be laminated and molded while controlling a cooling rate and a flow rate of a sprayed molten metal.

    본 발명은 차체 프레임의 구조해석을 노드(n) 및 멤버(m)의 하중특성을 통해 바탕으로 형성된 제조되는 3D 프린팅을 이용한 스페이스 프레임 차체에 있어서, 노드는 3D 프린팅으로 제작할 때에는 열변형 및 잔류응력을 예측하고, 그를 바탕으로 레이저 출력, 분말층의 두께, 분사가스의 온도와 압력, 분말의 크기 등을 제어하며, 분사 용탕 냉각속도 및 유속을 제어하면서 최적의 노드(n)가 형성될 수 있도록 적층하여 성형될 수 있다.
