According to an embodiment of the present invention, a driving pattern management server receives driving data provided from a self-driving car driving on a road and includes: a communication unit receiving the driving data transmitted from the self-driving car; a storage unit storing the received driving data and infrastructure information on the road; and a control unit deriving a road section-specific driving pattern from the accumulated driving data by machine learning and analyzing the driving pattern in association with the infrastructure information on the road. The control unit controls the communication unit and the storage unit such that the driving data is accumulated in the storage unit for a predetermined period, classifies the accumulated driving data by section of the road, configures the classified driving data into a data set suitable in form for machine learning, derives the driving pattern by performing clustering using a self-organizing map (SOM) algorithm and a K-means++ algorithm with respect to the data set, and analyzes the driving characteristics of the self-driving car by section of the road by associating the driving pattern with the road infrastructure information.

    본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 도로를 운행하는 자율 주행차로부터 제공되는 운행 데이터를 수신하는 운행 패턴 관리 서버는, 상기 자율 주행차로부터 전송되는 상기 운행 데이터를 수신하는 통신부, 수신된 상기 운행 데이터 및 상기 도로의 인프라 정보를 저장하는 저장부, 누적된 상기 운행 데이터를 기계 학습을 통해서 도로 구간별 운행 패턴으로 도출하고, 상기 운행 패턴을 상기 도로의 인프라 정보와 연계하여 분석하는 제어부를 포함하되, 상기 제어부는, 상기 운행 데이터를 상기 저장부에 특정 기간 동안 누적하도록 상기 통신부 및 저장부를 제어하고, 누적된 상기 운행 데이터를 상기 도로의 구간별로 구분하며, 구분된 상기 운행 데이터를 기계 학습에 적합한 형태의 데이터 셋으로 구성하고, 상기 데이터 셋에 대한 자기조직화 지도(SOM) 알고리즘 및 K-means++ 알고리즘을 사용하여 군집화하여 운행 패턴을 도출하고, 그리고 상기 운행 패턴과 상기 도로 인프라 정보를 연계하여 상기 자율 주행차의 상기 도로의 구간별 운행 특성을 해석한다.
