According to an embodiment, a method for controlling a vehicle by processing sensor data obtained from a first device comprises the steps in which: a controller included in the vehicle obtains a set of first point data included in the sensor data from a first sensor included in the vehicle - the set of first point data includes a set of first sub-point data indicating at least a portion of a first object; the controller obtains first attribute data on the set of first sub-point data corresponding to the position of the first object - the first attribute data is indicated by a first coordinate system with respect to a first origin; the controller generates first standard attribute data based on the first attribute data - the first standard attribute data is indicated by a second coordinate system with respect to a second origin; the controller obtains second standard attribute data corresponding to the position of a second object not indicated by the set of first point data - the second standard attribute data is indicated by the second coordinate system; and the controller controls the vehicle based on the first standard attribute data and the second standard attribute data. The second standard attribute data is generated based on second attribute data on a set of second sub-point data included in the set of second point data - the set of second point data is obtained from a second sensor included in the first device. Therefore, the sensor data can be shared without violating privacy.
