The present invention an automatic guided vehicle (AGV) for plastic greenhouses including a plurality of longitudinal frames and a plurality of lateral frames, which reduces workforce. According to the present invention, the AGV comprises: a transfer rail installed on one side of a plurality of lateral frames; a first moving module connected to the transfer rail; a second moving module connected to the transfer rail; a first connection frame coupled to the first moving module; a second connection frame coupled to the second moving module; and a loading unit connected to the lower side of the first connection frame and the second connection frame and carrying load. The first moving module includes: a sensor unit including a distance measurement unit measuring a distance between an operator and the loading unit; a first transfer roller disposed on the upper side of the transfer rail and moving along the transfer rail; a first rotating shaft connected to the first transfer roller; a first power transmission unit rotating the first rotating shaft; and a printed circuit board unit controlling the rotation speed, rotation direction, and on/off-operation of the first power transmission unit and controlling operation of the first power transmission unit to maintain the distance between the operator and the loading unit, which is measured from the distance measurement unit, at a preset distance.
