The present invention provides a structure for reinforcing an insulated box for a liquefied gas storage tank. In the insulated box installed as a component of an insulating wall of the liquefied gas storage tank, the reinforcing structure comprises: an outer member provided in the form of a box by including upper and lower plates, and external vertical members installed along the edges of the upper and lower plates; inner vertical members installed in a vertical direction inside the outer member to support the gap between the upper and lower plates; and an insulating material inserted into an inner space of the outer member partitioned by the inner vertical members. The insulating material includes: lower and upper insulating materials divided into two layers; and a reinforcing insulating material interposed between the lower insulating material and the upper insulating material and supporting the gap between the inner vertical members in a transverse direction. The reinforcing insulating material is formed to have the strength higher than that of the lower insulating material and the upper insulating material. Accordingly, the assembly process of the insulated box is simplified.
본 발명은 액화가스 저장탱크의 단열벽 구성요소로서 설치되는 단열박스에 있어서, 상판 및 하판 그리고 상판과 하판의 테두리를 따라 설치되는 외부수직부재를 포함하여 박스 형태로 마련되는 외부재; 외부재의 내부에 수직방향으로 설치되어 상판과 하판 사이를 지지하도록 설치되는 내부수직부재; 및 내부수직부재에 의해 구획되는 외부재의 내부 공간에 삽입되는 단열재를 포함하고, 상기 단열재는, 두 개의 층으로 분할되는 하부 단열재와 상부 단열재; 및 하부 단열재와 상부 단열재 사이에 개재되며, 내부수직부재 사이를 횡방향으로 지지하는 보강 단열재를 포함하며, 보강 단열재는 하부 단열재 및 상부 단열재보다 강도가 높게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액화가스 저장탱크의 단열박스 보강구조를 제공한다.
