According to the present invention, provided are a track bushing with improved surface hardness, a track bushing manufacturing method based on bore high-frequency thermal treatment and a bore high-frequency thermal treatment apparatus for manufacturing a track bushing. According to the present invention, the track bushing with improved surface hardness, the track bushing manufacturing method based on bore high-frequency thermal treatment and the bore high-frequency thermal treatment apparatus for manufacturing a track bushing have technical characteristics, wherein the generation of a crack is minimized by improving the surface hardness through an increase in carbon content, a reduction in chrome content and the addition of molybdenum, and a hardening thermal treatment is performed on the entire surface of a track bushing material, and then, a high-frequency thermal treatment is performed on the inner circumference surface of the track bushing material, so that a softening section of a core part of the track bushing can be minimized to extend an abrasion lifespan through the area expansion of an outer hardening layer and also the side hardness of the track bushing can be continuously maintained while minimizing side abrasion.

    본 발명은 표면경도가 향상된 트랙 부시, 내경 고주파 열처리 기반 트랙 부시 제조방법 및 트랙 부시 제조용 내경 고주파 열처리장치를 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 표면경도가 향상된 트랙 부시, 내경 고주파 열처리 기반 트랙 부시 제조방법 및 트랙 부시 제조용 내경 고주파 열처리장치는 탄소 함량 증대와 크롬 함량 감소 및 몰리브덴 첨가를 통해 표면경도를 향상시켜 크랙의 발생이 최소화될 수 있도록 하고, 트랙부시 소재에 대한 전면경화 열처리를 수행한 다음 트랙부시 소재의 내주면에 대한 고주파 열처리를 수행함으로써 트랙 부시 심부의 연화구간을 최소화하여 외측 경화층 영역 확장을 통해 마모 수명이 연장될 수 있도록 하는 한편 트랙 부시의 측면 경도가 지속적으로 유지되면서 측면 마모가 최소화될 수 있는 기술적 특징을 갖는다.
