The present invention relates to an LED streetlight device fused with a secondary accident prevention system, which has a traffic accident sensing system provided in an LED streetlight device to sense the speed of a vehicle so as to sense a traffic accident. The traffic accident sensing system includes a traffic speed sensing unit for sensing a speed of a vehicle. The traffic speed sensing unit includes: a Wi-Fi transmission module installed in a vehicle; a Wi-Fi receiving module installed in an LED streetlight at the roadside to sense a signal generated from the Wi-Fi transmission module of the vehicle; a clock generating unit for providing a common reference time during a Wi-Fi transmitting/receiving process; a map information database for storing information on a location where the LED streetlight having the vehicle speed sensing unit is provided and map information on a corresponding road; and a calculating unit for receiving the information to calculate the speed of a vehicle passing through a streetlight on the basis of the vehicle image and a photographing time of the input information.
본 발명은 2차 사고 방지 시스템 융합 LED 가로등 장치에 관한 것으로, LED 가로등 장치에 구성되어 차량의 속도를 감지하여 교통사고를 감지하는 교통사고 감지시스템을 갖는 2차 사고 방지 시스템 융합 LED 가로등 장치로서, 교통사고 감지시스템에는 차량의 속도를 감지하는 차량 속도 감지부가 구성되고, 차량 속도 감지부는 차량에 설치되는 와이파이 송신모듈; 도로변의 LED 가로등에 설치되어 차량의 와이파이 송신모듈에서 발생된 신호를 감지하는 와이파이 수신모듈; 와이파이 송수신 과정에서 공통 기준 시간을 제공하는 클럭 발생부; 차량 속도 감지부를 갖는 LED 가로등이 구비된 위치 정보와, 해당 도로의 지도 정보가 저장되는 지도정보 데이터베이스; 상기의 정보를 입력받아 입력된 정보의 차량 영상 이미지와 촬영 시간을 바탕으로 가로등 사이를 통과하는 차량의 속도를 연산해 내는 연산부;를 포함하는 LED 가로등 장치를 제공한다.
