According to the present invention, provided is a sliding trim cover structure of an opposed sliding door. The sliding trim cover structure includes: a center rail mounted in the inner center of an opposed sliding door in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body; a trim part including an upper trim and a lower trim mounted on the door to separately surround the center rail in upper and lower parts of the center rail to prevent the center rail from being exposed to the outside; a hollow opening part formed between the upper trim and the lower trim; a center roller including a fixing part mounted on the vehicle body and a rolling part coupled to the center rail to move the center rail, and coupled to the center rail through the opening part to be moved relatively to the center rail; and a sliding trim cover having one end connected to one side of the rolling part to open or close the opening part while being slid in parallel with the center rail in the lower part of the center rail when the door is opened or closed. The sliding trim cover opens the opening part when the door is opened, and completely closes the opening part when the door is closed. According to the present invention, as the sliding trim cover having one end connected with the center roller mounted in the vehicle body is applied, there is an advantage that the center roller can be moved relatively along the center rail. Moreover, as the opening part is closed together when the door is closed, there is an advantage of preventing pollution or danger caused when a passenger puts his or her hand into the opening part.

본 발명은, 대향형 슬라이딩 도어의 내측 중앙에 차체의 길이 방향을 따라 장착된 센터레일; 센터레일이 외부에 노출되는 것을 방지하기 위해 센터레일의 상부 및 하부에서 센터레일을 각각 감싸도록 도어에 장착된 어퍼트림 및 로워트림을 포함하는 트림부; 어퍼트림과 로워트림 사이에 형성된 빈 공간의 개구부; 차체에 장착되는 고정부와 센터레일이 이동 되도록 센터레일에 결합되는 롤링부를 포함하며 개구부를 통해 센터레일과 결합하여 센터레일과 상대 이동하는 센터롤러; 및 일단이 롤링부의 일측에 연결되어 도어의 개폐 시 센터레일의 하부에서 센터레일과 나란히 슬라이딩되며 개구부를 개폐하는 슬라이딩 트림 커버;를 포함하고, 슬라이딩 트림 커버는 도어의 개방 시 개구부를 개방시키고 도어의 폐쇄 시 개구부를 완전하게 폐쇄 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 대향형 슬라이딩 도어의 슬라이딩 트림 커버 구조를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 차체에 장착되는 센터롤러와 일단이 연결되는 슬라이딩 트림 커버가 적용되어, 센터롤러가 센터레일을 따라 상대 운동이 가능한 이점이 있다 또한 본 발명은, 도어 폐쇄시 개구부를 함께 폐쇄하여 탑승자가 개구부에 손을 삽입하는 데 따른 오염이나 위험이 발생하지 않는 이점이 있다.
