The present invention relates to a coated planetary gear without a bush, and more specifically, to a coated planetary gear without a bush wherein the inner surface of a hole or the entire surface of the planetary gear are coated without using the bush to reduce wear and friction to improve durability, instead of using the bush in the hole drilled in the center of the planetary gear which is rotated by receiving a rotational force to reduce frictional force using the bush in the prior art, and moreover, a cost is reduced by omitting the bush and a process of combining the bush and the planetary gear when compared to the prior art.

본 발명은 부쉬가 미장착된 코팅처리된 유성기어에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 회전력을 전달받아 회전되는 유성기어의 중앙에 천공된 홀에, 기존에 부쉬를 사용하여 마찰력을 줄이는 것이 반해, 본 발명은 부쉬를 사용하지 않고 홀 내주연 또는 유성기어 전체면에 코팅처리를 하여, 마모 및 마찰을 줄여 내구성을 향상시키는 것으로서, 기존에 비해 부쉬 및 부쉬와 유성기어의 결합공정을 생략할 수 있음에 따른 비용절감 효과를 가질 수 있도록 한 부쉬가 미장착된 코팅처리된 유성기어에 관한 것이다.
