The present invention is a door beam impact manufacturing method comprising a step of forming a steel sheet in the form of a steel pipe having a circular cross-section, a decarburization treatment step of softening the surface of the steel pipe subjected to the pipe forming step, a step of high-frequency heating the steel pipe subjected to the decarburization treatment step, and a step of cooling the steel pipe. According to the manufacturing method of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a door impact beam capable of suppressing the occurrence of cracks when impacted by a colliding body without lowering the strength of the entire material.

    본 발명은 강판을 단면이 원형인 강관 형태로 조관하는 단계, 상기 조관하는 단계를 거친 강관의 표면부를 연질화하는 탈탄 처리 단계, 상기 탈탄 처리 단계를 거친 강관을 고주파 가열하는 단계 및 상기 강관을 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는 도어 임팩트 빔 제조방법으로서, 본 발명의 제조방법에 의하면 소재 전체의 강도를 저하시키지 않으면서 충돌체에 의한 충격시 크랙 발생을 억제할 수 있는 도어 임팩트 빔을 제조할 수 있다.
