According to the present invention, an anti-theft transmission control method applied to a gear shift locking apparatus (1) performs permission driver gear shift locking control (S20) leading to sleep control of a motor control unit (MCU) (40) following line parking permission and manual cancelation permission when a smart key exists in a vehicle after an engine is turned off by a gear-shifting controller (10). On the other hand, when the smart key does not exist, non-permission driver anti-theft control (S40) switched to one among moving prohibition control (S50, S80) for a line parking attempt, canceling prohibition control (S60, S80) for a manual cancelation attempt, and transmission blocking control (S70, S80) for parking cancelation is performed to block a vehicle theft attempt of a non-permission driver and block a vehicle movement for a vehicle theft attempt by connection of an electronic parking brake (EPB) (90).
본 발명의 변속잠금장치(1)에 적용된 도난방지 변속기제어 방법은 변속조작 제어기(10)에서 엔진 시동 꺼짐 후 차실내 스마트 키 존재시 일렬주차 허용과 수동해제 허용에 이은 MCU(Motor Control Unit)(40)의 슬립(Sleep) 제어로 이어지는 인가 운전자 변속잠금제어(S20)가 수행되고, 반면 스마트 키 미존재시 일렬주차시도에 대한 이동금지제어(S50,S80)와 수동해제시도에 대한 해제금지제어(S60,S80) 및 파킹 해제에 대한 변속기차단제어(S70,S80)의 어느 하나로 전환되는 비인가 운전자 도난방지제어(S40)가 수행됨으로써 비인가 운전자의 차량 도난 시도 차단과 더불어 EPB(Electronic Parking Break)(90)의 연계로 차량도난 시도에 대한 차량 움직임이 차단되는 특징을 갖는다.
