Provided is a scroll switch device for a car, which is capable of detecting the rotation angle of a scroll switch knob with one PCB as well as detecting that the scroll switch knob is pressed. To this end, the scroll switch device for a car, according to the present invention, comprises: a main body having one surface on which a provision portion having one end that is opened is formed to protrude therefrom; a knob holder which shields the opened end of the provision portion from the outside of the provision portion and is provided to be linearly movable on the provision portion, and having a pusher portion to be inserted into the provision portion; a scroll switch knob having a rotary shaft protruding in an axial direction and rotatably coupled to the knob holder to rotate in a circumferential direction around the rotary shaft; a sensor shaft rotatably coupled to the knob holder in the circumferential direction to be rotated by a rotational force of the scroll switch knob and having a detection portion at a portion inserted into the main body; and a PCB disposed in the main body and including a sensor for detecting the circumferential rotation angle of the detection portion when the sensor shaft is rotated in the circumferential direction and a switch being in contact by the pusher portion when the knob holder moves linearly.
