Disclosed is a foam composition for armrests with improved dimensional stability using alpha olefins. More specifically, the present invention consists of an alpha olefin resin mixture, a foaming agent, a crosslinking agent, a foaming aid, a lubricant and a filler, wherein the alpha olefin resin mixture is composed of at least three selected from the group consisting of octene copolymer, low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene and high density polyethylene. The foam composition mainly composed of the alpha olefin resin mixture consisting of the components not only has excellent mechanical properties but also shows high dimensional stability due to improved high temperature shrinkage.
개시된 내용은 알파올레핀을 이용하여 치수안정성이 향상된 암레스트용 발포체 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 알파올레핀수지 혼합물, 발포제, 가교제, 발포조제, 윤활제 및 충전재로 이루어지며, 상기 알파올레핀수지 혼합물은 옥텐공중합체, 저밀도폴리에틸렌, 선형저밀도폴리에틸렌 및 고밀도폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 3개 이상으로 이루어진다. 상기와 같은 성분으로 이루어지는 알파올레핀수지 혼합물을 주성분으로 하는 발포체 조성물은 기계적 물성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 고온 수축성이 개선되어 우수한 치수안정성을 나타낸다.
