At least one aerial target simulating method for a flight virtual target generating system comprises: an operation (A) in which a flight and target simulating controller creates a target scenario for at least one aerial target simulation, creates a flight path of at least one unmanned aerial vehicle with reference to the created target scenario, and manages the flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle according to the created flight path; an operation (B) in which the unmanned aerial vehicle performs unmanned flight under the control of the flight and target simulating controller; an operation (C) in which a receiving antenna mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle receives a radar signal emitted from a radar and outputs the signal to a beacon system; an operation (D) in which the beacon system mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle generates a simulated target signal by varying the radar signal input according to the target scenario; and an operation (E) in which a transmitting antenna mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle transmits the simulated target signal, generated in operation (D), to the radar. Thus, a performance test on the radar can be accurately performed.
