According to a stationary air cleaner of the present invention, the stationary air cleaner comprises: a photocatalytic panel manufactured by molding a plurality of silicon compound beads coated with a photocatalyst material in a form of a panel having specified thickness t (t>=4 mm) so as to form a gap for passing air between the beads; a frame panel unit disposed opposite to the photocatalytic panel and having h (h>=1) through holes formed therein to allow the air flowing from a photocatalytic panel side to pass through a gap of the photocatalytic panel in the specified direction; a placement frame unit which opposes the frame panel unit and the photocatalytic panel; a UV lamp unit including i (i>=2) UV_LEDs arranged and fixed on one surface of the frame panel unit with a distance of 30 mm or more toward the photocatalyst panel and emitting ultraviolet (UV) of 320-400 nm wavelength; a fan unit for sucking the surrounding air and generating a pressure difference for passing the gap formed between the beads of the photocatalytic panel; a housing unit for housing the photocatalytic panel so that the pressure difference is generated between both surfaces of the photocatalytic panel; and a base unit disposed on an underside including a structure for mounting on the specified stationary surface.

    본 발명의 거치형 공기청정기에 따르면, 거치형 공기청정기에 있어서, 광촉매 물질이 코팅된 복수의 규소 성분 구슬들을 지정된 두께 t(t≥4㎜)의 패널 형태로 집적하여 상기 구슬들 사이에 공기를 통과시키는 공극이 형성되도록 성형하여 제작된 광촉매 패널과 상기 광촉매 패널과 대향 배치되고 상기 광촉매 패널의 공극을 통과하여 상기 광촉매 패널 측으로부터 유입되는 공기를 지정된 방향으로 유동시키는 h(h≥1)개의 통과홀이 형성된 프레임패널부와 상기 프레임패널부와 광촉매 패널을 대향 배치하는 배치프레임부와 상기 프레임패널부의 일 면에 상기 광촉매 패널을 향하여 30㎜ 이상의 거리 관계로 배치 고정되어 320~400nm 파장의 UV(UltraViolet)를 방출하는 i(i≥2)개의 UV_LED를 포함하는 UV램프부와 주변의 공기를 흡입하여 상기 광촉매 패널의 구슬 사이에 형성된 공극을 통과시키기 위한 압력 차이를 발생시키는 팬부와 상기 광촉매 패널의 양 면 사이에 상기 압력 차이가 발생하도록 하우징하는 하우징부 및 지정된 거치면에 거치하기 위한 구조를 포함하여 밑 면에 배치되는 베이스부를 구비한다.
