A variable speed display system according to an aspect of the present invention includes a variable information display device, at least one or more display devices formed on the edge of the variable information display device to improve the visibility and readability of a driver, a visibility meter connected to the display device to measure the front visibility of the display device, and a control device connected to the visibility meter and controlling the display color and display method of the display device according to a viability value measured through the visibility meter. Accordingly, the driver can easily recognize a speed limit in an adverse weather condition.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 가변속도표출시스템은 가변정보표지장치와, 상기 가변정보표지장치의 모서리에 적어도 하나 이상이 구비되어 운전자의 시인성 및 판독능력을 높이는 표출장치와, 상기 표출장치와 연결되어 상기 표출장치의 전방 시정을 측정하는 시정계와, 상기 시정계와 연결되어 상기 시정계를 통해 측정된 시정 값에 따라 상기 표출장치의 표출색상 및 표출방식을 제어하는 제어장치를 구비할 수 있다.
