The present invention is installed in a panel of a vehicle door, and comprises: a handle base having a rotatable base lever; and a handle grip which is connected to the handle base and can be pulled, wherein the handle grip includes a pivot portion pivotally installed in the handle base and a grip lever cooperating with the base lever, and the grip lever has a changeable control trace thereof.
