METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A CLOSED HOLLOW PROFILE FOR A VEHICLE AXLE

The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a closed hollow profile for a vehicle axle, capable of performing reliable welding of a hollow profile in a high accuracy of repetition. The method of manufacturing a closed hollow profile (2) for the vehicle axis comprises: (a) a step of manufacturing a board (1) having at least a width (B) in a transverse direction and a length (L) in a longitudinal direction, wherein the board (1) is formed of sheet metal; (b) a step of forming the board (1) to generate an open profile including a channel (5) spread in the longitudinal direction of the board; (c) a step of forming sides (6, 7) of the board (1) to generate the hollow profile (8) having a circumference (U) and a longitudinal gap (9); and (d) a step of bonding the longitudinal gap (9). The board (1) is formed in order for compression stress to be generated at least in a section of the longitudinal gap (9), specifically in a level of the sheet metal such that reliable adhesion of the hollow profile (2) at the high accuracy of repetition is possible.

a) 시트 금속으로 만들어지며, 적어도 종방향의 길이(L) 및 적어도 횡방향의 폭(B)을 가진 보드(1)를 제공하는 단계; b) 보드의 종방향으로 뻗은 채널(5)을 구비한 개방 프로파일을 생성하게, 보드(1)를 성형하는 단계; c) 둘레(U) 및 종방향 간극(9)을 갖는 중공형 프로파일(8)을 생성하게, 보드(1)의 측면(6, 7)들을 성형하는 단계; 및 d) 종방향 간극(9)을 함께 접합하는 단계;를 포함하는 차량 차축용 폐쇄 중공형 프로파일(2)을 제조하기 위한 방법이 제시되어 설명된다. 높은 반복 정확도로 중공형 프로파일(2)의 신뢰할 수 있는 접합이 가능하도록, 압축 응력이 적어도 종방향 간극(9)의 구역에서, 특히 시트 금속의 레벨에서 발생되도록 보드(1)가 성형되는 것이 제안된다.
