Disclosed are a felt board for a trunk trim of a vehicle, and a preparation method thereof. The felt board has excellent thermal resistance, is lightweight, and is recyclable. The felt board comprises: a felt layer prepared by bonding 10-60 wt% of polyethylene terephthalate fibers having a low melting point with 40-90 wt% of polyethylene terephthalate fibers; and a bead layer including beads formed by partially melting and coagulating the protrusion parts on the surface of the felt layer.

내열성이 우수하고, 무게가 경량화되며, 재활용이 가능한 차량 트렁크 트림용 펠트 보드 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 상기 펠트 보드는 저융점 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유 10 내지 60 중량% 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유 40 내지 90 중량%가 결합되어 있는 펠트층; 및 상기 펠트층 표면의 돌출부가 부분적으로 용융 및 응고되어 형성된 비드를 포함하는 비드층을 포함한다.
