The present invention relates to a foamed thermoplastic olefin (TPO) sheet for a vehicle interior material. A chemical foaming agent or a capsule foaming agent is added in the composition of a TPO sheet utilized as a vehicle interior material, and is foamed during a production process to be produced into a foamed TPO sheet. Accordingly, vacuum molding properties and injection-molding properties of a conventional TPO sheet are maintained, and a surface cushioning effect can be enhanced. According to the present invention, a foaming agent is optionally added in a combined material for producing a TPO sheet, and is foamed during a production process. Thus, vacuum molding properties, injection-molding properties, light resistance, heat resistance, VOC control, and smell removal which are advantages of a TPO sheet are intactly maintained, and a TPO sheet independently has a surface cushioning effect even without pasting a cushioning material such as PP foam, PE foam, and PU foam with the rear surface of the TPO sheet.

본 발명은 자동차 내장재용 발포 TPO(ThermoPlastic Olefin) 시트에 관한 것으로, 자동차 내장재로 활용되는 TPO 시트의 조성에 화학발포제 또는 캡슐발포제를 투입하여 생산공정중 발포시켜 발포 TPO 시트로 제작함으로써 기존 TPO 시트의 진공성형성 및 사출성형성을 유지하면서도 표면쿠션감을 보완할 수 있는 자동차 내장재용 발포 TPO 시트를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, TPO 시트를 제조하기 위한 배합물에 발포제를 임의 투입하여 생산공정중에 발포함으로써 TPO 시트의 장점인 진공성형성, 사출성형성, 내광성, 내열성, VOC 억제, 냄새제거 등을 그대로 유지하면서 TPO 시트의 이면에 PP 폼, PE 폼, PU 폼 등의 쿠션재를 합판하지 않고도 TPO 시트 단독으로 표면쿠션감을 유지하는 장점을 얻을 수 있다.
