FRONT SEAT CUSHION FRAME USING COMPLEX MATERIAL APPLIED CONTINUOUS FIBER

The present invention relates to a front seat cushion frame using complex materials with reinforced continuous fiber, comprising: a main frame of the seat cushion frame made by preheating thermoplastic resin with reinforced short fiber or long fiber in an oven and molding it at once; and a reinforcing rod molded and unified together with the main frame of the frame to be locally reinforced on the main frame of the frame. The reinforcing rod is made of one of a thermoplastic resin with reinforced continuous fiber made in the shape of a rod, a thermoplastic resin made in the shape of a seat bar having a thickness, and a plurality of prepregs piled up after making a prepreg on a UD tape. The present invention is able to make complex materials by mixing continuous fiber with thermoplastic resin, to make a seat cushion frame by molding it at once, to reduce work hours, manufacturing costs, and weight, and to increase productivity and strength.

본 발명은 연속섬유 보강 복합소재 적용 프론트 시트 쿠션 프레임에 관한 것으로, 단섬유 또는 장섬유가 보강된 열가소성수지를 오븐에서 예열한 후 한 번에 성형한 시트 쿠션 프레임본체; 상기 프레임본체에 국부적으로 보강되게 상기 프레임본체 성형시 함께 성형되어 일체화되는 보강대;를 포함하는 연속섬유 보강 복합소재 적용 프론트 시트 쿠션 프레임에 있어서; 상기 보강대는 연속섬유가 강화된 열가소성수지를 로드 형태로 뽑아낸 것 혹은 두께를 갖는 시트 바 형태로 뽑아낸 것 혹은 UD 테이프 상인 프리프레그를 만든 후 다수매의 프리프레그를 적층한 것 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연속섬유 보강 복합소재 적용 프론트 시트 쿠션 프레임을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 연속섬유를 열가소성 수지와 혼합하여 복합소재를 만들고, 이를 한 번에 성형하여 시트 쿠션 프레임을 제작할 수 있으므로 작업공수 절감은 물론 제조비용 절감, 생산성 향상, 강도 증대, 중량 절감의 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
