The present invention relates to a washer fluid injection control system of a wiper blade integrated with a washer nozzle and, more specifically, relates to the washer fluid injection control system of the wiper blade integrated with the washer nozzle which optimizes injection control of the washer nozzle by controlling a washer fluid injection time by grasping a moving direction and a detailed position of the wiper blade integrated with the washer nozzle. The present invention provides the washer fluid injection control system of the wiper blade integrated with the washer nozzle comprising: a position sensing plate rotated at the same time as an output axis of a wiper motor during operation of the wiper motor by being included in the wiper motor supplying driving force to wipe the wiper blade, and is formed in a type where a plurality of close sections and open sections are continuously connected in turn; a contact pin which comes in contact or is physically separated from the position sensing plate; and a control part which controls an operation of the washer motor based on a signal inputted from the contact pin.
본 발명은 와셔노즐 일체형 와이퍼블레이드의 와셔액 분사 제어 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 와셔노즐 일체형 와이퍼블레이드의 진행방향 및 상세위치를 파악하여 와셔액 분사시기를 제어함으로써 와셔노즐의 분사 제어를 최적화하는 와셔노즐 일체형 와이퍼블레이드의 와셔액 분사 제어 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이에 본 발명에서는, 와이퍼블레이드의 와이핑을 위한 구동력을 공급하는 와이퍼모터 내에 구비되어 와이퍼모터의 작동시 와이퍼모터의 출력축과 동시에 회전하게 되고, 복수의 클로즈구간과 오픈구간이 교번하여 연속적으로 이어진 형태로 형성된 위치감지플레이트; 와이퍼모터의 작동시 상기 위치감지플레이트와 물리적으로 접촉 및 분리 상태가 되고, 위치감지플레이트와의 접촉 및 분리 상태를 구분가능한 신호를 전송하는 접촉핀; 상기 접촉핀에서 입력되는 신호를 기반으로 와셔모터의 작동을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와셔노즐 일체형 와이퍼블레이드의 와셔액 분사 제어 시스템을 제공한다.
