The present invention relates to an armrest hinge assembly of a two-row seat for a vehicle, which comprises: a pair of hinge brackets integrally formed in a portion of a seat and having an interval between each other; a hinge hole formed to penetrate through the hinge bracket; a hollow hinge axis fixed to one end of an armrest frame so as to be hinge-coupled to the hinge bracket; a hinge bolt inserted into each end portion of the hinge axis by penetrating through the hinge hole; a guide part formed as a portion of the circumference of the hinge bracket is round-processed; and a trajectory pin provided in the armrest frame and moved along the guide part in contact with the same. According to the present invention, as a hinge structure can be simplified through the improvement of an armrest structure, a fastening operation can be easily and quickly performed, and many additional components are not required, thereby enabling weight reduction and cost reduction.
본 발명은 차량용 2열 시트의 암레스트 힌지 조립체에 관한 것으로, 시트의 일부에 일체로 성형되고, 서로 간격을 둔 한 쌍의 힌지브라켓; 상기 힌지브라켓을 관통하여 형성된 힌지공; 상기 힌지브라켓에 힌지결합되도록 암레스트 프레임의 일단에 고정된 중공형 힌지축; 상기 힌지공을 관통하여 상기 힌지축의 각 단부에 끼워지는 힌지볼트; 상기 힌지브라켓의 둘레 일부가 라운드 가공되어 형성된 안내부; 상기 암레스트 프레임에 구비되고, 상기 안내부를 따라 접촉 이동되는 궤적핀;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 2열 시트의 암레스트 힌지 조립체를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 암레스트의 구조 개선을 통해 힌지 구조를 간소화시킬 수 있어 체결 작업을 쉽고 빠르게 할 수 있으면서 별도의 부품을 많이 구비하지 않아도 되므로 경량화가 가능하고, 비용을 절감하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
