The present invention is to provide a system and a method for the creation of sea route information based on identical feature and environmental characteristics of a ship. The system can provide an optimal route for the voyage of a ship, can reduce unnecessary fuel consumption by providing a practical moving path that the ship moves along a route point, and can provide optimized route information. The system of the present invention includes a storage part for storing ship information and moving information; and a control part which receives the ship information and the moving information stored in the storage part and generates a rotation path in consideration of the ship information and the moving information.
본 발명은 선박의 항해를 위하여 최적의 항로를 제공하는 것으로, 경유점에 따라 선박이 이동하게 되는 실질적인 이동 경로를 제공하여 불필요한 연료 소모를 줄이고, 최적화 된 항로 계획 정보를 제공할 수 있는 선박의 고유 운동 특성과 환경 요인을 고려한 항로계획 생성 시스템 및 항로계획의 생성 방법을 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명은 선박에 따른 선박 정보와 이동 정보를 저장하는 저장부, 저장부에 저장된 선박 정보와 이동 정보를 전달받고, 선박 정보와 이동 정보를 고려한 회전 경로를 생성하는 제어부를 포함한다.
