The present invention relates to a train driving control device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the train driving control device can correct the speed limit information and gradient information from a train to reflect to the measurement error of a tachometer mounted on the train and generate the train′s driving speed pattern based on the corrected gradient information and speed limit information of the train. The train driving control device includes: a tag reader which reads a tag installed on a track; a tachometer which calculates the moving distance of the train after reading the tag by the tag reader; and an onboard device which receives the gradient information and the speed limit information of the train matched to the tag from a ground apparatus, calculates the current location of the train based on the tag and the moving distance of the train, corrects the received gradient information and speed limit information by using the measurement error in the tachometer, and generates the driving speed pattern of the train by using the corrected gradient information and speed limit information and the current location of the train.

열차에 탑재된 타코미터의 측정오차를 반영하여 열차의 제한속도정보 및 구배정보를 보정하고, 보정된 열차의 제한속도정보 및 구배정보를 기초로 열차의 주행속도패턴을 생성할 수 있는 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 열차 주행 제어 장치는, 선로에 설치되어 있는 태그(TAG)를 리딩하는 태그 리더기; 상기 태그 리더기에 의해 태그가 리딩된 이후의 열차 이동거리를 산출하는 타코미터; 및 지상장치로부터 상기 태그에 매칭되어 있는 상기 열차의 제한속도정보 및 구배정보를 수신하고, 상기 열차 이동거리 및 상기 태그를 기초로 열차의 현재위치를 산출하며, 상기 수신된 제한속도정보 및 구배정보를 상기 타코미터의 측정오차를 이용하여 보정하고, 상기 보정된 제한속도정보 및 구배정보와 상기 열차의 현재위치를 이용하여 상기 열차의 주행속도패턴을 생성하는 차상장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
