Provided is a cup holder radiator and a cup holder comprising: a heat pipe of which one end part is fixated to come in contact with the heat-radiating surface side of a thermoelectric element installed in a cup holder main body and the other end part is extended from one end part and is extended to be positioned in at least a higher position than one end part; a heat-radiating pin fixated to be come in contact with the other end part of the heat pipe; and a blower installed to enable the heat-radiating pin to exchange heat.
