The present invention relates to a system and method for evaluating track impact coefficient and train running stability, and specifically, to a system and method for evaluating track impact coefficient and train running stability using track measurement data on train rails. The present invention may comprise: a measuring unit which detects track irregularity of a rail based on the rail in a certain section and generates track irregularity data; a first calculation unit which calculates an interaction force between wheels and the rails based on the track irregularity data; a second calculation unit which calculates at least one of a track impact coefficient, derailment coefficient, and wheel load reduction rate based on the calculated value of the first calculation unit; and an evaluation unit which compares the calculated value of the second calculation unit with a standard value to evaluate the track impact coefficient on the rail or train running stability.

    본 발명은 궤도충격계수와 열차주행안정성 평가시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로써, 구체적으로는 열차의 레일에 대한 궤도검측데이터를 사용하여 궤도충격계수와 열차주행안정성을 평가할 수 있는 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 일정구간의 레일을 기준하여, 레일의 궤도틀림을 검측하여 궤도틀림데이터를 생성하는 측정부; 궤도틀림데이터에 기초하여 차륜과 레일 간 상호작용력을 산출하는 제1연산부; 제1연산부의 산출값에 기초하여 궤도충격계수, 탈선계수, 윤중감소율 중 적어도 어느 하나를 산출하는 제2연산부; 및 제2연산부의 산출값과 기준치를 비교하여 레일에 대한 궤도충격계수 또는 열차주행안정성을 평가하는 감정부를 포함할 수 있다.
