The present invention relates to a cooling device for a wired communication camera for traffic detection in an intelligent smart highway system. The cooling device for a wired communication camera, according to the present invention, comprises: a vacuum insulated container; an air-cooled container; a divider bar; a positioning hole; a cable bushing; a spacer; an external screw part; a bushing nut; a vacuum insulated window; a transparent cooling window; a window sheet; a welding flange; a cap fixing bolt; a through hole; and a radiation hole. Therefore, overheating of the camera can be prevented.
