BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM
전지 냉각 시스템(1)은: 냉각 회로(10); 상기 냉각 회로(10)에 배치되어, 기어를 포함하는 동력 전달 장치(30); 전기 절연성을 가지고, 상기 기어의 윤활에 이용되는 구동계 오일－상기 구동계 오일은 상기 냉각 회로(10)를 순환함－; 상기 냉각 회로(10)에 배치되어, 복수의 전지 셀(23)을 수용하는 모듈 케이스(22)를 포함하는 배터리 유닛(20); 상기 냉각 회로(10)에 배치되어, 상기 구동계 오일을 당해 냉각 회로(10) 내에서 순환시키는 펌프(11); 상기 냉각 회로(10)에 배치되어, 당해 냉각 회로(10)을 흐르는 상기 구동계 오일로부터 방열시키는 방열기(12)를 포함한다. 상기 구동계 오일은, 상기 동력 전달 장치(30) 내에서 직접 열교환을 행하고, 또한 상기 모듈 케이스(22)의 내부를 유통하여, 상기 전지 셀(23)과 직접 열교환을 행한다.
A battery cooling system (1) includes: a cooling circuit (10); a power transmission device (30) disposed in the cooling circuit (10), the power transmission device (30) including a gear; a drivetrain oil having an electric insulating property and being used for lubrication of the gear, the drivetrain oil circulating in the cooling circuit (10); a battery unit (20) disposed in the cooling circuit (10), the battery unit (20) including a module case (22) that houses a plurality of battery cells (23); a pump (11) disposed in the cooling circuit (10); and a radiator (12) disposed in the cooling circuit (10), the radiator (12) releasing heat from the drivetrain oil flowing in the cooling circuit (10). The drivetrain oil performs direct heat exchange inside the power transmission device (30) and flows through an inside of the module case (22) and performs direct heat exchange with the battery cells (23).
