According to one embodiment of the present invention, a drone security management system based on drone certification with a convergence blockchain applied thereto comprises: a drone of which an operation is activated based on drone certification information; a control terminal which controls the operation of the drone based on the drone certification information; and a drone security management server which monitors networking between the drone and the control terminal and positions of the drone and the control terminal, distributes, stores, and manages hash values of the drone certification information in a private blockchain, a public blockchain, or consortium blockchain according to a subject that has registered the drone certification information, and distributes, stores, registers, and manages management and operation information generated in the drone and the control terminal registered under the name of the subject in the corresponding blockchain. When a drone certification error is transmitted from any one of the drone and the control terminal, the drone security management server provides robbery/loss information to the terminal registered by the subject and then blocks networking and Bluetooth pairing between the drone and the control terminal, and the drone certification information is any one of pieces of bio information including iris, face, fingerprint, vein, and voice or at least one combination thereof or includes a certificate, a security number, a hash value, and the like. According to the present invention, it is possible to more systematically manage the drone.
