The present invention is to provide a method for installing a concrete sinker used for mooring a floating structure on water, which is installed on water like a river or lake. The present invention provides a method for installing a concrete sinker for a floating structure on water, comprising: a holding position excavation process of excavating a river bed of an installation spot to a set depth and levelling the excavated position; a framework installation process of installing a framework including a caisson support encompassing and supporting a concrete caisson at the stern of a working ship and a plurality of embedding position guide parts, for setting positions when steel pipe piles are embedded in a support layer of the river bed, formed at four sides of the caisson support; a caisson transportation process of allowing a crane to lift the concrete caisson in the caisson support and to make the concrete caisson float on water and allowing a tugboat to transport the working ship to a target position of a concrete sinker installation spot; a steel pipe pile embedding process of vertically erecting and putting the steel pipe pile in each of the embedding position guide parts, and allowing a pile driver to perform piling for embedding the steel pipe pile in the support layer of the river bed; a caisson sinking and holding process of applying load into the concrete caisson in a manner of injecting water thereinto so as to sink and hold the concrete caisson at the holding position of the river bed; and a filling process of placing and filling underwater concrete in the concrete caisson.

본 발명은 강이나 호수와 같은 수상에 설치하는 부유식 수상구조물을 계류시키는데 사용하는 콘크리트 싱커 설치공법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이에 본 발명에서는 설치 현장의 강바닥을 일정한 깊이로 굴착하여 수평하게 하는 거치위치 굴착공정, 작업선의 후미에 콘크리트 케이슨을 둘러싸서 지지하기 위한 케이슨 지지부와, 케이슨 지지부의 사방에 강관파일을 강바닥의 지지층에 근입시킬 때 위치를 지정하기 위한 다수의 근입위치 안내부가 형성된 골조를 설치하는 골조 설치공정, 케이슨 지지부 내에 콘크리트 케이슨을 기중기로 들어서 넣어 물 위에 띄우고, 예인선으로 작업선을 콘크리트 싱커 설치 현장의 목표지점까지 운반하는 케이슨 운반공정, 근입위치 안내부들 내에 각각 강관파일을 수직으로 세워 넣고 항타기로 항타하여 강바닥의 지지층에 강관파일을 근입시키는 강관파일 근입공정, 콘크리트 케이슨의 내부에 물을 주입하는 방식으로 하중을 재하하여 강바닥의 거치위치에 가라앉혀 거치시키는 케이슨 침하 및 거치공정, 콘크리트 케이슨의 내부에 수중 콘크리트를 타설하여 채우는 속채움공정을 포함하는 부유식 수상구조물용 콘크리트 싱커 설치공법을 개시한다.
