The present invention relates to an emergency shutdown system for a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) and an operating method thereof. The emergency shutdown system for an FSRU comprises: an LNG emergency situation sensing unit arranged on an LNG ship side to sense whether an emergency situation occurs in the LNG ship and output an LNG ship emergency situation occurrence notification signal; an FSRU emergency situation sensing unit arranged on an FSRU side to sense whether an emergency situation occurs in the FSRU and output an FSRU emergency situation occurrence notification signal in response to the emergency situation; a dual-use apparatus usage mode checking unit to check a current usage mode of dual-use apparatuses (130) dually used in an LNG mode and an FSRU mode and output a usage mode checking signal; an emergency situation control unit to check the usage mode of the dual-use apparatuses by the dual-use apparatus usage mode checking unit and output an operation shutdown signal to a dual-use apparatus used in the LNG mode when the LNG ship emergency situation occurrence notification signal is inputted, and check the usage mode of the dual-use apparatuses by the dual-use apparatus usage mode checking unit and output an operation shutdown signal to a dual-use apparatus used in the FSRU mode if the FSRU emergency situation occurrence notification signal is inputted; and an emergency shutdown unit to shut down corresponding dual-use apparatuses among the dual-use apparatuses in response to the operation shutdown signal. Accordingly, safety can be secured for an LNG/CNG emergency situation which can occur when operating the FSRU.

본 발명은 재기화설비용 비상 정지 시스템 및 그 운용방법에 관한 것으로, LNG 선박 측에 마련되어, LNG 선박 내의 비상사태 발생 여부를 감지하고, LNG 선박 비상사태 발생 알림신호를 출력하는 LNG 비상사태 감지부; 재기화설비(FSRU) 측에 마련되어, 재기화설비 내의 비상사태 발생 여부를 감지하고, 그에 대응하는 재기화설비 비상사태 발생 알림신호를 출력하는 재기화설비(FSRU) 비상사태 감지부; LNG 모드 및 재기화설비(FSRU) 모드에 겸용으로 사용되고 있는 겸용장비(130)들의 현재 사용 모드를 확인하고, 사용모드 확인신호를 출력하는 겸용장비 사용모드 확인부; LNG 선박 비상사태 발생 알림신호가 입력되면 상기 겸용장비 사용모드 확인부를 통해 겸용장비의 사용모드를 확인하고, LNG 모드에서 사용되고 있는 겸용장비로 작동정지신호를 출력하고, 상기 재기화설비 비상사태 발생 알림 신호가 입력되면 겸용장비 사용모드 확인부를 통해 겸용장비의 사용모드를 확인하고, 재기화설비 모드에서 사용되고 있는 겸용장비로 작동정지신호를 출력하는 비상사태 제어부; 및 작동정지신호에 응하여 겸용장비들 중 해당 겸용장비들의 작동을 정지시키는 비상정지부를 포함한다. 이에 재기화설비(FSRU) 운전시 발생할 수 있는 LNG/CNG 비상상황에 대해서 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
