According to the present invention, a charging device comprises: a control unit for connecting an electric charger to an electric vehicle operated by electric energy, and controlling to charge on the electric vehicle; and a communications unit capable of being detachable to the control unit, and communicating with at least one from a charging management device and a user terminal.

본 발명에 따른 전기 충전 장치는 전기 충전지(地)와 전기 에너지로 구동되는 전기 차량을 연결하여, 상기 전기 차량에 대한 충전을 제어하는 제어 유닛, 그리고 상기 제어 유닛과 탈착이 가능하며, 충전 관리 장치 및 사용자 단말 중 적어도 하나와 통신하는 통신 유닛을 포함한다.
