Provided is a method comprising: a plasma treatment step for performing a plasma treatment on a molded body having a resin surface; a molecule adsorption step for adsorbing molecules of a treatment solution, which contains at least one among water and a hydrophilic organic solvent, on the surface of the molded body after the plasma treatment step; and a bonding step for bonding the molded body after the molecule adsorption step to a transparent vehicle substrate by means of an adhesive to obtain a vehicle structure.
