To provide a vehicle seat member that includes a core material comprising a foaming particle molded body being superior in the laminated adhesion with a polyurethane foam and productivity.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat member includes a core material comprising a thermoplastic resin foaming particle molded body, a polyurethane foam provided at a top side of the core material, and a seat cover for covering the polyurethane foam. The vehicle seat member is made as follows: the foaming particle molded body comprises a fusion body of the thermoplastic resin foaming particle having through-holes; the foaming particle molded body has cavities in communication with the outside; the porosity of the foaming particle molded body is 10 vol.% or more and less than 25 vol.%; a portion of the polyurethane foam is impregnated and solidified in the cavities of the foaming particle molded body; and an area ratio of the polyurethane foam portion in a cross section of the foaming particle molded body along the depth of 3 mm from the upper surface of the foaming particle molded body is 5-20%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
