PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle operation device capable of reducing the viewing time of display means of the occupant by perceiving the state of transition between categories via operation reaction force.SOLUTION: A vehicle operation device 10 includes: a monitor capable of displaying multiple titles classified by category, and the display content on a monitor is controlled depending on the operation amount of input means. The operation device includes: a commander 11 rotatable on a rotation axis 18a; a rotation angle speed calculation unit that detects rotation angle speed of the commander 11; a motor 19 for imparting an operation reaction force so as to give a feeling of moderation to each predetermined rotation angle of the commander 11; and an ECU20 that controls the operation reaction force imparted by the motor 19. The ECU 20 sets the maximum value of the operation reaction force corresponding to the end title in the category to be larger than the maximum value of the operation reaction force corresponding to the title other than the end title.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
