To provide a quay crane with improved seismic isolation performance by lengthening a characteristic period.SOLUTION: A quay crane comprises: a first seismic isolation device 14 having upper and lower flanges arranged with intervals in a vertical direction z, and a slide mechanism 18 installed on the lower flange and supporting the upper flange with respect to the lower flange in a state of being movable in a transverse direction x; and a second seismic isolation device 15 having a restoring mechanism 22 that is arranged between the upper and lower flanges and generates a restoring force on the upper flange that has moved in the transverse direction x with respect to the lower flange, in addition to the upper flange 16, the lower flange 17, and the slide mechanism 18. One of a seaside seismic isolator or a landside seismic isolator is composed of the first seismic isolator 14, and the other is composed of the second isolator 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
