To provide an airbag device which reduces collision damage during a lateral collision.SOLUTION: An airbag device is provided at a vehicle having A pillars 60, B pillars 70, C pillars 80 which are sequentially provided from the front side at a vehicle body side surface part; doors 30, 40 which are provided at door openings between the respective pillars in an openable and closable manner; and side sills 50 each provided along lower edges of the doors. The airbag device includes: an airbag 100 which deploys from a storage part 51 provided at the lower side of the side sill to an outer area as seen in a vehicle width direction of the vehicle body side surface part including the doors according to a warning sign of a collision of an object and which has a first air chamber 110 in which a main part is disposed at the front relative to the B pillar, and a second air chamber 120 in which a main part is disposed at the rear relative to the B pillar; and a pressure control unit 210 which increases or decreases an inner pressure of at least one of the first air chamber and the second air chamber according to a predicted collision form predicted by a collision form prediction part 220 independently of an inner pressure in the other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
