To provide a crane operation system and a crane operation method capable of improving a cargo handling efficiency of a crane repeating work for hoisting a cargo handling object and work of lowering the hoisted cargo handling object.SOLUTION: An operation system 10 of a crane 1 includes a girder 2, a trolley 3, a hoisting tool 4, a traveling device 6, a designation device designating a cargo handling position Ta for performing cargo handling work of a container C, and a control device performing the control of moving the hoisting tool 4 to the cargo handling position Ta designated by the designation device. The operation system includes a coordinate acquisition device 14 acquiring a position coordinate Pn of the trolley 3. The control device stores the position coordinate Pn acquired by the coordinate acquisition device 14 as a cargo handling position coordinate Qm when performing the cargo handling work of the container C first at the cargo handling position Ta and performs the control for moving the hoisting tool 4 to the stored cargo handling position coordinate Qm when the same cargo handling position Ta is designated again by the designation device after the cargo handling position coordinate Qm is stored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】荷役物を吊り上げる作業と吊り上げた荷役物を下ろす作業とを繰り返すクレーンの荷役効率を向上するクレーンの運転システムおよびクレーンの運転方法を提供する。【解決手段】桁２、トロリ３、吊具４、および、走行装置６と、コンテナＣの荷役作業を行う荷役位置Ｔａを指定する指定装置と、指定装置により指定された荷役位置Ｔａへ吊具４を移動させる制御を行う制御装置と、を備えたクレーン１の運転システム１０は、トロリ３の位置座標Ｐｎを取得する座標取得装置１４を備え、制御装置は、荷役位置Ｔａで初めてコンテナＣの荷役作業を行った場合に、座標取得装置１４が取得した位置座標Ｐｎを荷役位置座標Ｑｍとして記憶し、荷役位置座標Ｑｍを記憶した以降に指定装置により再び同じ荷役位置Ｔａが指定された場合に、記憶した荷役位置座標Ｑｍへ吊具４を移動させる制御を行う構成である。【選択図】図１
